Simple to implement, the pancakes are typical traditional massignanese and date back to many years ago. It is fried sweets, soft and very tasty, with a delicate aroma of lemon and cinnamon. In their honor, in 1958 was born the characteristic and namesake festival, by a group of citizens of Massignano.
