Chichì ripieno

Chichì ripieno or stuffed chichi is a particularly tasty focaccia (flat bread) filled with tuna, anchovies, capers and red and green peppers. Perfect as a snack or aperitif and with local appetizers. Every year, the local tourist office holds the “Feast of the stuffed chichi” which takes place on the first Sunday of August and is an occasion for tasting this gastronomic specialty.
