Chiesa Santa Maria della Fede

Located about 4 km from Montefiore Aso, along the provincial road Montevarmine towards Carassai, at the intersection with the provincial St. Joseph in Contrada Menocchia, is the Church of Santa Maria of the Faith. The Church was built in 1421 as documented by historical sources and according to these sources was built on the site where was sanctioned peace between the towns of Fermo and Ascoli. Inside the church is a fresco depicting the Madonna and two angels who, according to tradition the old pintura around which it was built.
